Autumn is at it again! For those of you who love the 21 Day Fix (or love to hate it) here’s a list of all the 80 Day Obsession workout equipment you’ll need. This great new program is similar to the 21 Day Fix so I’m excited to see how it compares for all of the dedicated fixers out there.
Everything You Need To Start 80 Day Obsession
80 Day Obsession is a new program from Autumn Calabrese, the creator of the 21 Day Fix. She’s sharing a whole new program and nutrition guide that will help you see amazing results in just 80 days.
The best part is that this is happening live! The program launches January 15, 2018 and you will have the opportunity to participate live each day.
All of the workouts are different, 80 new workouts. That means no repetition, no guessing, no being out of the loop. You’ll be doing the same workout as everyone else on that particular day.
To get the most out of this workout program you’ll need some supplies. There’s plenty of time to get these items before the program begins on Beachbody on demand in a few weeks. Check out all the suggested gear, meal planning supplies, and equipment below.
Can I participate after the fact?
If you are looking to participate in 80 Day Obsession but you didn’t start out on the first day, fear not. You can still participate. The program is available on Beachbody On Demand.
The program has been out for quite a long time and the reviews are in…it’s awesome! If you like other Beachbody programs you will definitely want to give 80 Day Obsession a chance.
Meal Planning Supplies
Here is a list of supplies that will make your life easier when starting out with 80 Day Obsession. You will need to make meal planning a priority with this new timed nutrition eating plan.
You will be eating specific things at exactly the right time so you’ll want to plan ahead in order to avoid missing out, eating late, etc. You know I love meal planning but if that’s not you, you can learn! 80 Day Obsession Workout Equipment:
80 Day Obsession is a commitment! You’ll be doing a new workout everyday. Here are the 80 Day Obsession equipment items that you will need in order to be successful on the program.
- Small, Medium, & Heavy Dumbbell Weights
- Three Resistance Loops and Strength Sliders (you can find resistance bands and strength slides in a package together right here)
- A good water bottle–my favorite is a Hydro Flask
- Shaker Bottles
- Yoga Mat
- Foam Roller for sore muscles…after just 24 hours on the program you are going to want one for sure.
Supplements recommended for 80 Day Obsession:
