Meal prepping is one of the easiest ways to feed yourself and your family healthy food with less stress. Whether you’re prepping the ingredients or prepping full meals, you will find that meal prep saves time, money and reduces food waste. These healthy meal prep ideas for the week will keep you on track.
Meal prep is simply preparing your meals ahead of time. You can do this daily, weekly, or monthly. I like to make my weekly meal prep menu on Saturday and prep on Sundays. It doesn’t have to be every meal of the day, either. For example, I only prep lunches and snacks because I prefer to make dinner every night.
There is no single rule on how to meal prep. The best meal prep plan is the one that works for you. Choose recipes that you already know you enjoy and that you can cook with ease.
