Easy Meal Prep Recipes
Meal prepping is one of the easiest ways to feed yourself and your family healthy food with less stress. Whether you’re prepping the ingredients or prepping full meals, you will find that meal prep saves time, money and reduces food waste.
Meal prep is simply preparing your meals ahead of time. You can do this daily, weekly, or monthly. It doesn’t have to be every meal of the day, either. For example, I only prep lunches and snacks because I prefer to make dinner every night.
There is no single rule on how to meal prep. The best meal prep plan is the one that works for you. Choose recipes that you already know you enjoy and that you can cook with ease.
These recipes are perfect for meal prep because they transport well, freeze well, and don’t have a ton of fragile ingredients. Certain foods hold up better for meal prep, such as lean protein, soups, sauces, and whole grains.
