Weight Watchers Recipes

These Weight Watchers recipes are delicious and family friendly. There are a wide variety of cooking methods and recipe types, and they all have WW points calculated for you!

WW (Weight Watchers) is one of the most popular weight loss programs, and it's been around for a long time. I've pulled together the best recipes that my WW members love–from desserts to lasagna and other delicious pasta recipes.

I believe in serving food that helps you with your healthy lifestyle–healthy living recipes with Weight Watchers points counted and ingredients that are based on whole foods–no refined or artificial sugar, no highly processed oils, and a ton of vegetables and lean meats.

I've got several delicious zero point meals, and have also categorized WW recipes by 1-5 Blue Plan Points and 6-10 Blue Plan . Points. You'll easily find Weight Watchers recipes here that fit into your daily point allotment.

Among the top SmartPoint recipes are this Tuscan Chicken Pasta (7 Blue Plan Points), Crack Chicken and Rice Casserole (8 Blue Plan Points), and these WW Egg Bites (3 Blue Plan Points).

WW recently announced three new MyWW plans–Blue, Green, and Purple. The Blue plan is taking over for the WW Freestyle SmartPoint system. This means that all of the Weight Watchers recipes on My Crazy Good Life already have MyWW Blue Plan points calculated.

The Green plan brings back the old school SmartPoints. There are less zero point foods on this plan, and the zero point foods it offers are fruits, vegetables, and less starchy vegetables. Your daily points are higher on this plan.

The Purple plan has a huge list of zero point foods including chicken and turkey breast, seafood and eggs, fruits and vegetables, and some whole grains. Because of this, it has the least amount of daily points.
