Some people find it difficult to meal prep in advance. My biggest tip for being prepared is to cook enough dinner so that you will have leftovers for lunch the next day. You’re meal prepping and don’t even know it.
Most of these recipes have directions for the stove, oven, crockpot and pressure cooker. Don’t worry, there is plenty of variety. Mexican, Asian, and Italian dishes to name a few. No boring chicken and brown rice, although I do teach you how to bulk cook all the rice.
Staying on track with 21 Day Fix is so much easier when you enjoy what you’re eating. I love Spaghetti Squash Taco Bowls to get my greens in for the day, and Copycat Chipotle Chicken is a family favorite dinner that makes great leftovers for salads, wraps, and tacos for easy lunches.
