These easy Weight Watchers recipes are delicious and family friendly. There are a wide variety of cooking methods (Instant Pot, Stovetop, Grill, Air Fryer, and Slow Cooker) and recipe types, and they all have Weight Watchers points calculated for you. 

Weight Watchers Meals with 2023 Points

The new Weight Watchers program for 2023 has been rolled out and we are in the process of calculating a point value for all of our healthy recipes:

Some recipes still have smart points and freestyle points from when those programs were popular. 

WW (Weight Watchers) is one of the most popular weight loss programs, and it’s been around for a long time. I’ve pulled together the best recipes that WW members love – from desserts to lasagna and other delicious recipes your whole family will love.

We calculate our WW points on the WeightWatchers.com website and use ingredients, not nutrition information–that’s the way WW has stated is most accurate for Weight Watchers members.

Healthy Weight Watchers Recipes

I believe in making healthy food that helps you live your best lifestyle. My healthy Weight Watchers recipes with points are made with simple ingredients that are minimally processed – no refined or artificial sugar, no highly processed oils, and a ton of vegetables like bell peppers and mushrooms, healthy carbs like sweet potatoes and black beans, and lean meats like chicken breast and ground turkey.

Most of our recipes have myWW Blue, Green, and Purple points as well as points for the new 2023 Plan. 

We often give instructions for how to lower points in our recipes. Most of the time you can reduce the points in a recipe by using fat free ingredients, low fat ingredients, maple syrup instead of honey, or one of my favorites – blended cottage cheese and Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese or sour cream.

We have many recipes with zero point foods to choose from that will help you stay satisfied for fewer points while on your weight loss journey.

WW Program Details

Even though the new 2023 Plan is out, many people are choosing to stick to with the previous myWW plans:

  •  WW Blue Plan is most similar to the old Freestyle Program.
  • The WW Green Plan brings back the old school SmartPoints.
  • The WW Purple Plan has a huge list of free foods including chicken and turkey breast, seafood and eggs, fruits and vegetables, and some whole grains.
