This program is unique in a couple of ways. We’ll talk about how it is unique below. One of the biggest ways that it is unique is that it’s only available via Beachbody On Demand. It will be releasing on the specified start date and then everyone can tune in to follow along with the program and workouts.

What Is 80 Day Obsession?

What is 80 Day Obsession? It is a new workout and nutrition program from Autumn Calabrese and Beachbody. It’s available through their online platform called Beachbody On Demand. This means you don’t have any excuses. You can access this platform from anywhere via cellphone, tablet, smart TV, computer, etc.

Monday, January 15, 2018 is the first day of the 80 Day Obsession. That means if you are thinking about it, on the fence, etc. you still have a week to ponder or get yourself psyched to join in the fun!

80 Day Obsession Workouts

We can’t answer what is 80 Day Obsession without talking about the name! The name 80 Day Obsession should give you a clue as to the length of the program…What you might not realize is that unlike other workout programs, you will not be repeating any workouts. There are 80 completely unique workouts for the 80 Day Obsession program.

Autumn talks about how filming these workouts over 80 days to share with everyone means that you are feeling exactly what everyone else is feeling. It is a fun way to create a community effect, a built in support system that you can draw inspiration and motivation from in order to help you get through your 80 Day Obsession journey.

Part of the reason for the rapid success with this program comes from these unique workouts. Your body won’t have time to hit a plateau. The new and unique workouts every day for 80 days will keep your muscles confused and working hard!

80 Day Obsession Meal Plan

Perhaps the most intimidating factor of the 80 Day Obsession is the meal plan. If you are familiar with the 21 Day Fix you will have a head start. Autumn still makes use of the color coded containers for the nutrition portion of the 80 Day Obsession.

The new aspect that might take some getting used to is Timed Nutrition. Timed Nutrition is a program that Autumn is introducing for 80 Day Obsession that is not just about what you eat but when you eat it. She’s going to help you train your body with perfectly sized and timed portions. All of the information for this part of the program is included via Beachbody On Demand.

You’ll be amazed at the results you see when you combine the unique workout programs with this meal planning technique. I’ve never been disappointed with her work on the 21 Day Fix program and I don’t expect to be let down by this new system either!

Sometimes you can get away without using the equipment recommended for a workout program. In this case, I think the investment would be worthwhile. These Beachbody workouts have been specifically crafted using these tools, the equipment will help bring out the most accurate and timely results.

A Little Obsessed is a smaller version that might help us understand What Is 80 Day Obsession.

If you are on the fence about 80 Day Obsession you might want to try out Autumn’s other program called A Little Obsessed. We don’t know exactly what to expect from the 80 Day Obsession because it hasn’t been released just yet but it stands to reason that given the names, A Little Obsessed is a peak at what you’ll experience on 80 Day Obsession.
