Recently I have been obsessed with these Air Fryer Ranch Turkey Burgers. Turkey Burgers with ranch dressing mix are so tasty–and healthier than traditional beef burgers. Air frying means I can have burgers year round even when the weather gets cold!
These burgers come together in less than 30 minutes, which makes them great for a weeknight dinner recipe. They are even better the next day, so they’re a keeper for meal prep lunches.

Ingredients in these Air Fryer Ranch Turkey Burgers:
- Ground Turkey: Much lower in saturated fat than ground beef.
- Homemade Ranch Seasoning: I make homemade ranch seasoning in bulk. The store bought variety had a lot of unsavory ingredients, and I’ve been using my homemade recipe for years.
- Feta Cheese: A soft and salty cheese used in Mediterranean cooking.
- Red Onion: A less inflammatory and less pungent onion that I often use in cooking.

How to make turkey burgers in the air fryer:
This is an easy recipe for busy weeknights! The kids can help you prepare the meal and leftovers are delicious.
- In a large mixing bowl combine ground turkey, chopped red onions, feta cheese, and ranch seasoning.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and form into burger patties.
- Place the burgers into the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 360 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping after 15 minutes.
- The turkey burgers are done when they are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165º.

Recipe Tips:
- You can swap the ground turkey for ground chicken or ground beef, but be aware that the cooking times could change.
- You can switch out feta for any cheese you prefer. Sometimes I use blue cheese, or even Gruyere.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. I don’t often salt my recipes when cooking so that my readers can add their own based on personal preferences.
- If you’d like to freeze these, I recommend making the uncooked turkey patties, flattening them, then freezing individually. Thaw before cooking for the best results.
- Top these delicious air fryer turkey burgers with traditional ketchup and mustard or get creative with homemade ranch or tzatziki, sautéed mushrooms and onions, or fresh vegetables like lettuce and tomato slices.
Turn it into a meal by adding a bed of Air Fryer Eggplant and topping with homemade Tzatziki sauce!

Hi Becca, is the cook time the same for oven style air fryers? I have a Pampered Chef brand.
Hmm, it should be the same if it’s an air fryer. Maybe check on it a little sooner, just to be sure?
