I love how much you guys love the 21 Day Fix! It’s a great way to get back on track with your eating and truly–a guideline for how we should be eating daily. I’ve created these 21 Day Fix journal stickers to help you stay on track all day, every day. There’s a sheet of vertical and a sheet of horizontal stickers for you to use with whichever planner you have.

Of course, these are great for any planner you have–they just for perfectly in the Erin Condren planners. Not on the Fix? I have some meal planning planner stickers right here for you. You’ll need to print these out on sticker paper, then cut each sticker out. Add them to your planner and check off your containers are you go through your day. It might help to scratch out the squares you don’t need before you begin, so you aren’t tempted to eat more than you’re “allowed.”
