WW (Weight Watchers) is one of the most popular weight loss programs, and it's been around for a long time. I've pulled together the best recipes that my WW members love–from desserts to lasagna and other delicious pasta recipes.
I believe in serving food that helps you with your healthy lifestyle–healthy living recipes with Weight Watchers points counted and ingredients that are based on whole foods–no refined or artificial sugar, no highly processed oils, and a ton of vegetables and lean meats.

Almost all of my recipes through Spring 2022 have Blue, Green, and Purple points calculated. WW has recently changed to the Personal Points program which means that recipe creators like myself can't calculate points for readers anymore. As soon as this changes and WW allows us to calculate points again, we will update our new recipes as quickly as possible.
Blue plan is most similar to the old Freestyle Program.

The Green plan brings back the old school SmartPoints. There are less zero point foods on this plan, and the zero point foods it offers are fruits, vegetables, and less starchy vegetables. Your daily points are higher on this plan.

The Purple plan has a huge list of zero point foods including chicken and turkey breast, seafood and eggs, fruits and vegetables, and some whole grains. Because of this, it has the least amount of daily points.
