This Weight Watchers Chicken Salad is delicious and so easy to prepare! I love using homemade rotisserie chicken for this because it makes for a quick lunch recipe.
Serve this on lettuce, make a salad and use this as a topping, or use it in a healthy chicken salad sandwich–it’s up to you! This chicken salad with greek yogurt really cuts down on the points in this recipe.
Chicken Salad with grapes is a satisfying meal because you’re getting a little sweet and a little savory–you’re going to love this healthy lunch!
This Weight Watchers chicken salad with grapes is one of my favorite lunch recipes. It’s perfect for meal prep and it goes great on lettuce or a low carb wrap. It’s also great on its own or on top of a salad. You could even make a Weight Watchers chicken salad wrap with it–just find your favorite sandwich wrap!
How many Points are in this Weight Watchers chicken salad?
Each serving of this healthy chicken salad has 5 Blue Plan Points | 8 Green Plan Points | 5 Purple Plan Points. Make sure you are using the ingredients listed or you’ll need to recalculate for yourself to make sure the points are accurate. Using both mayonnaise and Greek yogurt helps the creaminess of this recipe without adding a ton of extra calories and fat–they make a perfect pair!
How do you calculate Weight Watchers points?
I use the online recipe creator feature at Weight Watchers Online. It’s a great resource for making sure you have the most accurate calculations!
Is there a way to reduce the points in this healthy chicken salad?
This is a super low point recipe as is. I wouldn’t worry too much about reducing the points but if you feel that is necessary I would recommend leaving out the nuts. If anything I’d be more inclined to use full fat yogurt which would add points but increase the flavor and creaminess of the recipe! If you have more points to spare, that’s a great option!

Weight Watchers Chicken Salad Nutrition Information
You can always find nutrition information in the printable recipe at the bottom of my posts! If you have strict dietary guidelines I recommend calculating your own, as no calculations are perfect and you know what your body needs with relation to nutrition information.
Why is this healthy Chicken Salad?
This recipe uses half and half mayo and Greek yogurt to replace the fat and calories from using all mayonnaise. Using regular mayo will increase the fat in this recipe a bit, though the saturated fat will still be fairly low. Using the grapes and apples adds sweetness that can cut out cravings later in the day.
This recipe is gluten free and high protein, but it is not low carb. Removing the fruit from this recipe will reduce the carbs quite a bit.
Using homemade rotisserie chicken in this recipe can cut out a ton of ingredients you might not care for that are being used in store bought rotisserie chicken. Stores typically use a lot of sodium, artificial sweeteners and other ingredients, and preservatives in their rotisserie chicken. It’s super easy to make homemade rotisserie chicken, too!

I just whipped up this chicken salad as I had all the ingredients and leftover chicken from last night, and it was delicious! Fresh and flavorful and I really like the addition of grapes. Thanks so much for the recipe!
Yay!! So glad you liked it!
That is one beautiful meal. I love that it’s waistline friendly too!
Thank you Julie!
I love every ingredient in this recipe especially the grapes, yogurt and pecans. Thanks for reminding me to make this — might be good with the rest of my turkey too!
Beth, it would be delicious with turkey!

I usually use greek!
What is a serving size for this Chicken Salad? Is it a 1/2 cup?
Going to make it today. It looks delicious.
It’s always best to divide your recipe to get the most accurate serving sizes!
so you divide this recipe in 1/2 and then each half equals 3 points?
Yes :)
This was so delicious and easy to make. Just enough crunch to be satisfying and will become one of my favorite lunch items. So flavorful with the grapes and apples. I did add some celery seed for flavor but nothing else.
When do you add the vanilla? Is this the same thing as vanilla extract or is it something else?
You add in the vanilla (yes, vanilla extract ;) ) when blending the yogurt, mayo and pepper. I just realized that bit had been left out of the recipe – thanks for letting me know, it’s been updated now :)
Thank you! :)
I made this recipe tonight and loved it. I used the Greek yogurt that was only 2 grams of sugar, I added chopped celery and toasted the pecans. This is a keeper for sure.
Love this recipe. Filling. Low points. Crunchy and sweet.
