Instructions
Mix together the yogurt, vanilla extract, mayo, and pepper in a large bowl. ½ cup yogurt, ⅛ tsp vanilla, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, ¼ tsp black pepper
Stir in the cooked and diced chicken, halved grapes, diced apple, and chopped nuts. 1 ½ cup chicken breast, ½ cup seedless red grapes, ½ cup seedless green grapes, 1 small apple, 10 pecans
Serve right away or keep it in the fridge for up to 5 days. 6 lettuce

I prefer to chill my chicken salad in the fridge before serving, but it's not necessary. I even think it tastes even better the next day!
