This week I was a part of something amazing–a Red Carpet World Premiere in Hollywood.

Nope, you didn’t land on the wrong blog–it’s still little ol’ me. I was invited by Disney Movie Studios on a press event for The Jungle Book, and I am so excited to share it all with you!

My Red Carpet Experience attending The Jungle Book World Premiere in Hollywood

First things first–the movie trailer! If you haven’t seen it yet, you can watch it here:

The Jungle Book opens in theaters April 15th!
I was part of a group of 25 bloggers who experienced the red carpet world premiere of The Jungle Book, as well as the media events surrounding it.

While walking to the red carpet, we descended the famous “Oscar Stairs” and had to grab a photo! All of the bloggers on this trip were amazing, but I had the special privilege of attending with two fellow Arizona bloggers, Karen from Desert Chica and Vanessa from See Vanessa Craft.

The red carpet was draped in jungle greenery for the event, and video clips of the movie were playing along the walls.

It was so busy! People were coming and going, cameras were snapping, and photographers were yelling for The Jungle Book stars to pose for photos. You can see all of the hustle and bustle of the experience in Karen’s video below:

It was an amazing experience, being able to walk with the stars and see the movie with everyone who created it. It was a bit surreal to see Neel Sethi taking his seat (which was two rows behind me, so I could hear him laughing and reacting throughout the movie) and Jon Favreau chatting with friends before sitting to watch the film.

My favorite parts of the night were sitting through the movie and hearing the audience clap at every intense (and probably very difficult to shoot) scene, and waiting through the credits until the very last of the movie is finished. You can hear families cheering for their loved ones’ names as they scroll by. It’s definitely not a regular movie experience–the energy in the room is completely different from when when you head to the movies with your friends or family.

After the movie we grabbed one last red carpet picture and were off to the after party at OHM nightclub.

After The Jungle Book

The after party was equally amazing! Celebrities walking around, fun activities inspired by the movie, food from Disneyland (Churros, Turkey Legs, and Dole Whip!), and live music. Again, a once in a lifetime experience.

I’m always happy to answer questions you have about my experiences, including this one! I was truly living a Crazy Good Life this past week :)
