Wait–you’re telling me that pumpkin pie can be sipped through a straw?

And it can contain alcohol?

Boozy Pumpkin Pie Milkshake

 

Ingredients for Boozy Pumpkin Pie Milkshake (makes two large shakes)

3C vanilla ice cream
1/2C milk
1/4C cream (I used half and half)
1T pure vanilla extract
1/2C pumpkin purée (I used Libby’s)
2t pumpkin pie spice
1/2t cinnamon
1/4C graham cracker crumbs
3oz. Bourbon
Honey or frosting for the rim (I used honey) and sprinkles
Optional: Cinnamon and/or whipped cream

Directions:
1. Apply honey or frosting to the rim of each glass. Dip the rims into a bowl of sprinkles and twist back and forth to ensure even coverage. Set aside.
2. Add all of the milkshake ingredients into a blender and mix until well blended.
3. Carefully pour the milkshake into each glass.
4. Optional: Sprinkle cinnamon and/or whipped cream on top.

Yes, you can drink pumpkin pie through a straw and add alcohol to it. Here's my recipe for a boozy pumpkin pie milkshake.

Ingredients 

  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup cream I used half and half
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup pumpkin purée I used Libby's
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 oz. Bourbon
  • 1 tbsp Honey or frosting for the rim, I used honey and sprinkles

Optional: Cinnamon and/or whipped cream
