Dairy Free Recipes

These dairy free recipes are delicious and satisfying–everyone at the table will love and devour them! Cooking without dairy products doesn’t have to be challenging. Whether you’re lactose-intolerant or just want to cut back on your dairy intake, these recipes are here to help!

Dairy free recipes do not have any milk products or milk ingredients in them. They do not contain lactose, casein, or whey. Different from lactose-free recipes, which contain dairy products with the lactose removed, dairy free means there is no dairy included at all.

I prefer recipes without dairy and love to share them with my community! Whether you’re looking for a savory dish, like these egg bites or crack chicken, or something sweet like this banana ice cream, there are recipes options for you here.

Some of these recipes might need an ingredient removed, like Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, to make them dairy free but I’ve added all of these easily adaptable recipes here for you.

Cutting out dairy products doesn’t mean you have to skip out on your favorite creamy dishes or desserts.
