21 Day Fix Recipes

The 21 Day Fix weight loss plan from Beachbody is highly successful and provides results fast! These Portion Fix recipes are delicious–they’re recipes that your entire family will love–no “diet” recipes here.

The Fix is a macro-based diet that can help you tighten up your nutrition as well as focus on controlling your portions. The Fix is also called the Ultimate Portion Fix, and was created by Beachbody.

Below, you’ll find tons of delicious recipes and you can get most  of them on the table in 30 minutes or less.

Click the related button for the focus you’d like to see: Breakfast Recipes, 21 Day Fix Dinner Recipes (these can all be used for lunches too!), and 21 Day Fix recipes by container color. Each recipe in these colored container categories has at least one of the specified containers per serving.

You’ll also find 21 Day Fix meal plans below–I have both free and paid plans for each bracket. All meal plans use Fix approved recipes with ingredients on the updated food list.

These recipes are considered “on plan” because they’re created with ingredients straight from the food list and each has a serving size and container count listed. These FIX recipes can be used for any calorie bracket–just adjust your servings to fit within your meal plan.

Whether you’re looking for Ultimate Portion Fix recipes and meal plans for picky eaters (yourself or your kids!), recipes for those who love eating but hate cooking, or just a general place to find recipes you’ve come to the right place.

If you’re wondering how to calculate containers for your favorite family recipes, I’ve got a video that breaks it down for you. First, swap out your ingredients for ones from the food list and then add up all of your containers for the recipe. Now, divide those containers by the number of servings per recipe.
