This fun and refreshing strawberry margarita punch is the perfect thing to cool you off on a summer day. Add the fresh fruit popsicle to dip, and it’s pretty much perfection.
 
 

This delicious and refreshing Strawberry Margarita Punch includes a fun and sweet fruit popsicle. It's perfect for cooling off and takes you back to the days when it was fun to dip your popsicle in your juice–you used to do that too, right?

 

Ingredients for the Strawberry Margarita Punch:

  • Triple Sec
  • Captain Morgan Cannon Blast Rum
  • Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
  • Jose Cuervo Strawberry Margarita
  • Navel Orange Slices
  • Apple Slices
  • Red Grapes

Strawberry Margarita Punch with a Sweet Fruit Popsicle

Directions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker add Triple Sec, Captain Morgan Cannon Blast Rum, freshly squeezed navel orange juice, Jose Cuervo Strawberry Margarita, and top with ice cubes.
  2. Secure lid on the cocktail shaker and shake until it’s more like work and less like fun (that’s about 30 seconds).
  3. Strain into a rocks glass or large whiskey glass.
  4. Garnish with slices of navel orange, apple, and red grape or two and a Mini Sweet Fruit Popsicle.
  5. Serve.
  6. Drink responsibly, and never drink and drive.

Mini Sweet Fruit Popsicle Ingredients:

  • Maraschino Cherry Juice
  • Apple Juice
  • water
  • sugar
  • fresh lemon juice
  • strawberries

This delicious and refreshing Strawberry Margarita Punch includes a fun and sweet fruit popsicle. It's perfect for cooling off and takes you back to the days when it was fun to dip your popsicle in your juice–you used to do that too, right?

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan over med-high heat add water, sugar, lemon juice, and four (4) sliced strawberries with the stems removed.
  2. Using a muddler or a fork, smash strawberries to release juice.
  3. Bring mixture to a boil and cook for one (1) more minute.
  4. Remove from heat, add the Maraschino Cherry juice and apple juice, cover with a tight-fitting lid and steep for 10-minutes.
  5. Cut up the remaining two (2) strawberries into small pieces, then drop 2 – 3 pieces of fruit into the Mini Popsicle molds.
  6. Fill Popsicle molds with the Sweet Sugar Popsicle mixture up to the fill line. Secure Popsicle sticks and place in the freezer up to 4 -5 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve.

  • 1 apple Slices
  • 1 seedless green grapes
  • ice cubes

Mini Sweet Fruit Popsicle Ingredients:

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6 strawberry
  • cup cherry juice fresh maraschino
  • cup apple juice
