I miss dessert. Ice cream sundaes, cookies, just about everything that is unhealthy. I love that I’ve found several delicious recipes to satisfy my sweet tooth while I’m trying to eat healthier.

All these look yummy! I’m looking into starting 21 Day Fix next week, and I’m just making sure I understand majority of it. So I’m confused about treats. In the Eating Plan book, it says treats get replaced with a yellow, but then all treat recipes I’ve seen count other containers, so I’m just confused how the counting actually works…
