A pescatarian diet excludes meat and poultry, but allows fish, while a vegan diet excludes meat, poultry, fish, eggs and dairy products. Most of these recipes can be easily adapted to fit your personal vegetarian diet plan.

These easy-to-make recipes are so satisfying, you definitely won’t be missing meat. These recipes are considered vegetarian because they exclude meat, poultry and fish. You can also take it a step further by removing eggs and dairy, making many of these recipes vegan.

Anyone can follow, and benefit from, a this type of eating. The key is to include a diverse mix of grains, vegetables, proteins and healthy fats. There are many protein-rich plant foods like nuts, legumes, tofu, and seeds you can consume if you are worried about your protein intake.
