Beachbody

If you’re not familiar with Beachbody, it is the leader of health and fitness programs. Beachbody is home to several well known trainers and nutritionists: Tony Horton, Chalene Johnson, Autumn Calabrese, and Ilana Muhlstein.

Team Beachbody has released programs such as 21 Day Fix, 2B Mindset, Ultimate Portion Fix, and 80 Day Obsession. These programs are all pillars in the general health and wellness community. 

Below I have gathered all of my recipes, printables, and tips to help you get started with any of these amazing programs. All of these recipes have container counts and replacement ideas to make the transition to healthy as easy as possible. 

One of their biggest programs is the 21 Day Fix. Here are a few 21 Day Fix meal plans to get you going, and even an auto-updating spreadsheet to help you plan your own days.
