Everything you need to know about the 21 Day Fix

The 21 Day Fix eating plan is a simple and effective way to keep track of portion sizes. The 21 Day Fix is a weight loss program fromPersonal Trainer Autumn Calabrese and Beachbody, a multi-level marketing company that sells fitness products, online workouts, and weight loss supplements (like their popular Shakeology) to consumers.

Are you wondering how to get started on the 21 Day Fix? Before starting 21 Day Fix, use that link to calculate your calorie target, determine your portion-control container count based on your weight and see how many containers you get to eat, and then use the colored containers to track your macros. It’s really a simple eating plan.

The Fix is all about portion control. For 21 Days, you’ll be following the eating plan and doing the workouts–even walking is considered a workout! You’ll be impressed by the fast results you see after 21 days, and you’ll probably want to do another round. And another. And another!

Have you heard about the Ultimate Portion Fix? It’s Beachbody’s update to the 21 Day Fix. They added two calorie brackets (E & F) and adjusted the existing brackets a bit. The information you’ll find here on My Crazy Good Life reflects the Ultimate Portion Fix updates to the 21 Day Fix.

Wondering what you eat on the 21 Day Fix? I’ve got the most up to date approved food list that you can download for free, as well as hundreds of 21 Day Fix recipes with container counts already done for you. I know it can be confusing to calculate your containers for each recipe, so I’ve done it for you.

Shakeology is a popular meal replacement product that is mentioned throughout the program materials. You can purchase it with the 21 Day Fix, and often Beachbody coaches will suggest that you use Shakeology. While Shakeology is a great meal replacement shake, it’s very expensive and not necessary for results on the Fix. I’ve researched other meal replacement shakes that are free from artificial sweeteners and extra oils and are comparable to Shakeology–but cheaper!

You don’t have to do the 21 Day Fix workouts, but you can learn more about the workouts here. The workouts are done in order every day of the week for 21 days. As a wife and mother of two boys, I know how hard it is to stick to a nutrition plan. I’ve created these delicious recipes that are not only Fix approved, but family and friend approved as well. With all of our busy lives, meal planning on the Fix can help you stay on track and finish your round! We have 21 Day Fix meal plans for every bracket, and you can download them for free.

I have lists of recipes for each container: the green container is for vegetables, the blue container is for healthy fats and cheese, the orange container is for seeds and nuts, the purple container is for fruits, the red container is for lean protein, and the yellow container is for healthy carbohydrates and treats.

The 21 Day Fix is meant to become a lifestyle change–you can drink coffee on the Fix, have dessert (they’re called treat swaps), and eat delicious meals that your entire family will love! This is a weight loss program that works. Just calculate your calorie target, determine your container count, and stay on track with your weight loss for 21 days.
