21 Day Fix Beef and Pork Recipes
One of the many great things about the 21 Day Fix is that lean beef and pork are part of the eating plan. How many times have you started a nutrition plan only to be completely burned out on chicken two weeks in?
The Ultimate Portion Fix is incredibly versatile and cooking with lean cuts of meat is a great way to stay satisfied and on plan. It’s so nice to know I am eating healthy without living a life full of boring food.
Having a variety of things to eat is key to sticking to a nutrition plan long term. If using ground beef, look for 95% or leaner. Sirloin, flank and chuck are all good, lean cuts to cook with. I always say to buy the leanest meats that fit within your budget.
If using tougher cuts of beef like flank steak, I recommend using the Instant Pot to cook with. Instant Pot cooking can make even the toughest cuts tender.
Using beef is a game changer for your wallet. Beef is inexpensive and easy to find. When the price rises, I always use these tips to stretch ground beef and make it last longer.
I love using beef for classic comfort food like meatloaf and Shepherd's Pie, easy Instant Pot Gyros, or all my Mexican food favorites like street tacos and beef fajitas. One of my most popular recipes is this Mississippi Pot Roast, which makes a perfect Sunday dinner.
My collection of 21 Day Fix beef and pork recipes have the container counts for each serving right in the post–delicious food and no math!
