These recipes will start your day off right! Plate It requires a breakfast with 50% Protein and 50% Fiber-Filled Carbs (FFC), but you can always add vegetables for a bonus.

The combo of protein and FFCs are perfect for long lasting energy to keep you full until lunch. It’s important to eat a filling breakfast on 2B because one of the fundamental concepts of the Plate It method is 3 meals a day.
