There are apps to help you track your food intake and measurements, but I know some people like to track their progress with old-school paper and pen. Here are my personal 21 Day Fix printable tools for you to download and use for yourself.

The 21 Day Fix nutrition and weight loss program has been a successful way for me to monitor what I eat during the day. Using colored containers, you make sure to eat the appropriate amount of protein, veggies, fruits, healthy carbs, and fats.

21 Day Fix Recipes: The BEST and BIGGEST collection of 21 Day Fix recipes on the internet.

What is the 21 Day Fix?

The 21 Day Fix is a nutrition program from Beachbody. It takes the guesswork out of macro eating by labeling each food category (macro) with a colored container.

The 21 Day Fix can stand alone as a nutrition program, or you can also do the 21 Day Fix workout DVDs. You can find more information about the 21 Day Fix and the workouts right here.

How do I use a 21 Day Fix Printable Meal PlannerMeal Tracker?

I like to add my dinners into the planner first, since they’re so difficult to plan (with a family). Then I fill in lunches, breakfasts, and snacks. I cross off each container as I plan for it so I know that I’ve gotten them all in and not gone over for the day.

When should I take my 21 Day Fix measurements?

Definitely take measurements before starting any Beachbody program, including the 21 Day Fix. Take pictures, too! So many people avoid this because they don’t want to be upset about where they’re starting, but it is so important for comparison later.

Comparing measurements and pictures from day one to day 21 is so inspiring–you’re going to be glad you did it!

How do I use these free 21 Day Fix printables?

First, bookmark this post so you can come back and print more as you need them!

I like to print these worksheets at the beginning of every round:

  • Printable Meal Planner/Tracker
  • Printable Measurement Tracker
  • Planner Stickers
  • Pocket Sized Container Tracker

The printable meal trackers can be kept in a binder for future reference. If you lost a ton of weight in a certain round and want to replicate that, you could look back at what you ate during that round.

The measurement trackers can be kept in a binder to refer to later as well. Add the start and end dates, along with what round the measurements were taken. A round is 21 days of the 21 day fix.

The planner stickers are a lifesaver for anyone who uses a paper planner and wants to keep track of their containers throughout the day! Print these on sticker paper and cut them out carefully. These are probably my favorite printable!

The pocket sized container checklist is great for anyone who can’t carry around a planner, their phone, or a purse all day. I originally made them for one of my readers who was a nurse–she wanted to be able to keep track of her containers while on the go!

The updated 21 Day Fix food list is made from all of the written and verbal updates to the program. You can read about all of the updates here, and you can read more about the food list and why I created it here.

  8. I am leaving for a cruise in 22 days. I want to do this, but I cannot wait for the color containers. What sizes are they? Can I go to the dollar store and get similar ones?

    1. Hi Amanda,

Go to Pinterest and search “21 Day Fix container sizes.”

      Have fun on your cruise!!

      :)

  9. At first i was very excited as this looked great, but the lists on the cheat sheet are not correct… they don’t match the lists in the book provided by beachbody when its purchased…. Would love to see these corrected.

    1. Hi Jacki,

Thank you so much for taking time to comment. Space wouldn’t allow all of the foods to be listed in my quick reference, but I added the most popular ones and left out the ones that aren’t quite as popular (like sardines). I’m also being careful not to provide all of the information in the 21 Day Fix, as Beachbody has copyrighted it. My goal is to give you tools to help you succeed on the go, which helped me become successful with the program.

I mentioned this in my original post about the container cheat sheet, but am adding it here in my toolkit post, as well. Thank you for letting me know about this!

  12. These are great and I can’t wait to use them Is there a trick to print the tools? When I print them they are cut half cut off and can’t figure out how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for making these free.

    1. Hey Tara,

Just went through and set them up for printing, and I think I see where you’re having trouble. I have to hit “print” in the Google Drive window that pops up, then the printables show so big that it would be 1/2 size if I printed from there. From there, I have to go to my browser’s toolbar and hit “print” again. The preview window pops up and it’s on one page. Does that make sense?

If that’s not where you’re going wrong, let me know where and I’ll try to troubleshoot with you!

I am SO EXCITED to start this program! I CANNOT IMAGINE the TIME AND EFFORT you have put into these recipes, colored sheets etc. and then to post the for FREE! My goodness! What a blessing! THANK YOU!
I do have a problem, though. How can I print the bundle of dessert recipes, or breakfast recipes, together? Or do I need to print them one by one? Also, I went to the chocolate chip oatmeal dessert recipe and could not find where to print it off, in its entirety. :( Any ideas? Thank you again for all you have done!
