How to Make Weight Watchers Ice Cream
This is a super easy recipe–the most time consuming part is the time it takes to freeze!

Step 1: Add sliced frozen bananas, almond milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to a food processor or blender.

Step 2: Blend on high for about one minute until everything is creamy and smooth.

Step 3: Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezer-safe dish and freeze for an hour or until the ice cream has hardened.
This time varies based on your freezer and the container you use to freeze.

Step 4: Keep the ice cream in the freezer for any time you want a quick, healthy dessert!

- 3 banana sliced and frozen, or you can freeze it all after!
- ¼ cup almond milk unsweetened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder

So happy to find this!! I’ve been looking for ways to use the frozen sliced Bananas I keep from the too ripe ones I don’t use other than smoothies. Also, I absolutely love ice cream (are we all screaming now), but I’m diabetic and can’t have sugar. The sugar free store ones are too expensive. $4.79, I don’t think so!! Thanks for this, just finished licking the bowl, ehm…I mean making it. Can’t wait to take it out tonight!!
