This homemade fajita seasoning makes about 4 1/2 teaspoons of seasoning, which is enough for two meals. I use it on my main fajita protein–chicken, steak, or portobello mushrooms, usually. - onion powder
- garlic powder
- cayenne pepper (this is optional)
