Pressure Cooker Recipes for Lunch and Dinner

If you’re looking for healthy recipes to cook in your new pressure cooker, you’re in the right spot. Here are over 75 lunch and dinner recipes for the Instant Pot, Ninja Foodi, Crockpot Express or any other electric pressure cooker.

My Instant Pot is seriously my favorite kitchen gadget. I love the ability to start my meal and walk away, and I think that the pressure really adds more flavor. These recipes are great for a busy week night, or for meal prep. 

A few reader favorite Instant Pot chicken recipes are this Healthy Crack Chicken, Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip. I also love these  Burritos Bowls with Frozen Chicken for the days I forget to thaw the meat. 

Don’t worry I have plenty of Instant Pot beef recipes as well. You can make a tender Mississippi Pot Roast in just an hour, or even The Best Spaghetti and Meat Sauce in one pot! The only thing easier than a meal you can walk away from is one that only uses one pot. 

My pressure cooker recipes makes maintaining a healthy lifestyle so much easier. I love using it to prepare healthy eating staples like rotisserie chicken,  quinoa, rice, and spaghetti squash.
