Follow our 21 Day Fix Meal Plans and quick and easy meal prep tips. Here’s a quick explanation for the 21 Day Fix program plus free basic meal plans for each bracket.

The 21 Day Fix meal plan and workout series from Beachbody is a highly successful weight loss plan! To get started on the 21 Day Fix, find your bracket on the “container plan” by calculating your weight minus calorie needs. Eating within your calorie bracket will help you reach your weight-loss goals through healthy eating, portion control, and daily exercise.

These 21 Day Fix meal plans are full of clean and delicious recipes that your entire family will love–no need to make different meals for everyone. Learn how to make free grocery lists (and plans!) right on this website.

How many containers is in each calorie bracket? The information for each calorie bracket, as well as a link to each meal plan, is below:

Meal Plan for Bracket A (1,200-1,499 calories) 4 green containers, 2 purple containers, 4 red containers, 2 yellow containers, 1 blue container, 1 orange container, and 3 teaspoons of oil.
Meal Plan for Bracket B (1,500-1,799 calories) 4 green containers, 3 purple containers, 4 red containers, 3 yellow containers, 1 blue container, 1 orange container, and 4 teaspoons of oil.
Meal Plan for Bracket C (1,800-2,099 calories) 5 green containers, 3 purple containers, 5 red containers, 4 yellow containers, 1 blue container, 1 orange container, and 5 teaspoons of oil.
Meal Plan for Bracket D (2,100-2,299 calories) 6 green containers 4 purple containers, 6 red containers, 4 yellow containers, 1 blue container, 1 orange container, and 6 teaspoons of oil
Meal Plan for Bracket E (2,300-2,499 calories) 7 green containers, 5 purple containers, 6 red containers, 5 yellow containers, 1 blue container, 1 orange container, and 7 teaspoons of oil.
Meal Plan for Bracket F (2,500-2,799 calories) 8 green containers, 5 purple containers, 7 red containers, 5 yellow containers, 1 blue container, 1 orange container, and 8 teaspoons of oil.

Some of the meal plan ideas below work best if you choose a few recipes to make every week that fit into your family’s likes. If you’d rather something more formal, download one of the meal plans linked above.
