This BBQ Chicken Meatza is a delicious meat crust pizza–that's right, the crust is made of chicken! Homemade spicy BBQ sauce makes this a family favorite! This BBQ Chicken Keto Pizza is low carb, diet friendly, and made of healthy ingredients!
Preheat your oven to 350º. Make your crust by combining ground chicken, egg, and spices into a bowl. Mix well. 2 pounds ground chicken, 1 eggs, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 1/2 cup cilantro
Place meat mixture onto a greased or silpat mat covered cookie sheet. Press the mixture into a round "crust," making sure the thickness is even.
Place the crust in the oven for 15-20 minutes, keeping an eye on it to prevent burning or overcooking. Before you pull the crust out of the oven, make sure it's cooked through.
Set your oven to broil. Top your crust with BBQ sauce, red onions, cooked bacon, cilantro, and cheese. Add sliced jalapeños if you're brave ;) 12 tbsp homemade BBQ sauce, 1/2 cup red onion, 1/2 cup bacon, 1/2 cup cilantro, 1 cup cheese, 1/4 cup jalapenos
Place the meatza in the oven for 3-5 minutes, keeping a close eye on it to prevent burning.
