These Crispy Oven Roasted Teriyaki Brussels Sprouts with homemade Teriyaki Sauce are a dinner game changer. Forget what you remember about boiled Brussels sprouts–this is going to be your new favorite side dish!
Cut the ends off of your Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Place them in a large bowl. 1 ½ lbs brussels sprouts
Lightly spray cooking oil over Brussels sprouts and toss to coat. cooking spray
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup and place the sprouts on the sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, until soft and browned.
Remove baking sheet from the oven and drizzle half of your sauce over the Brussels sprouts (reserve the rest for serving). 1 cup homemade teriyaki sauce
Place sprouts under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until they are turn dark brown. Watch carefully, they cook fast!
Remove from the oven and serve immediately with the remaining sauce.
Notes
If you don’t have cooking spray on hand, you can toss your Brussels sprouts with a teaspoon or two of olive oil.
To save cooking time you can quarter your Brussels sprouts.
