Instructions
Use a spoon to scoop the hardened/thickened coconut cream out of the can. Save the water for a later use.
1 can coconut milk
Add coconut cream to a mixing bowl.
Using a hand mixer, beat your coconut cream on medium-high speed until light and fluffy and peaks begin to form. This will usually take 3-4 minutes.
Refrigerate or serve immediately.
