Wondering how to make homemade Vanilla Coffee Creamer? This Healthy Homemade Creamer is full of good things–it's vegan, dairy free, contains no refined sugar, and so easy to make!
Add coconut milk, almond milk, coconut crystals, and vanilla extract to a small saucepan. Whisk to combine. 1 can coconut milk3 tbsp almond milk2 tbsp coconut sugar1 tbsp vanilla
Heat on low, stirring continuously until crystals incorporate with the rest of the ingredients.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 20 minutes before storing in the fridge.
Keep in fridge for 5-7 days, or freeze.
Notes
If you feel like the oil in traditional coffee creamer is something you're missing, try adding a tablespoon of coconut oil or mct oil to the creamer. Just stir or shake well before use.
