Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C cooked boneless skinless chicken breast Chopped
  • ½ cup seedless red grapes halved and chilled
  • ½ cup seedless green grapes halved and chilled
  • 1 small apple cored and diced
  • ½ cup fat free plain yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp olive oil mayo
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 6 romaine or green tip lettuce leaves
  • 10 pecans chopped

Instructions

  • Blend yogurt, mayo and pepper.
  • Stir in chicken, grapes, apple, and nuts.
  • Spoon onto a large leaf of lettuce.
