Ingredients

garlic
top removed

turnips
approximately 4 medium-sized turnips
1 ½
tbsp
coconut oil
½
tsp
garlic
dehydrated

tsp
paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F
Slice the top off of the garlic bulb.
1 head garlic
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place the garlic bulb in the center.
Slice turnips into fries - preferably thinner than a 1/2" thick.
2 lbs turnips
Place the fries in a bowl and toss with oil to evenly coat.
1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Sprinkle with dehydrated garlic and paprika.

Spread the fries evenly on the cookie sheet, without overlapping them.
Bake for 20 min, flipping halfway through.
Remove from oven when desired crispness is reached and add a sprinkle of parmesan (if using).
