These crispy baked turnip fries have been trending because of 2B Mindset! Veggie fries are popular right now, and these healthy fries are a family favorite!
Slice the top off of the garlic bulb.1 head garlic
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place the garlic bulb in the center.
Slice turnips into fries - preferably thinner than a 1/2" thick. 2 lbs turnips
Place the fries in a bowl and toss with oil to evenly coat. 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Sprinkle with dehydrated garlic and paprika. 1/2 tsp garlic, 1 tsp paprika
Spread the fries evenly on the cookie sheet, without overlapping them.
Bake for 20 min, flipping halfway through.
Remove from oven when desired crispness is reached and add a sprinkle of parmesan (if using).
