Instructions
Peel the potatoes, then use a spiralizer with a coarse shred or flat blade to make the sweet potato pasta.

Melt butter in a large skillet.

Add potato zoodles, stirring and tossing over medium high heat until tender (approx. 3 to 5 min).
Notes
