Dice peppers and onions using a food processor, knife, or dicer. 2-3 jalapenos, 2-3 serrano peppers, 1 cup onion
Add all of your ingredients to a large pot. Allow to simmer for at least 30 minutes. 8 cloves garlic, 1 cup tomato sauce, 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce, 3/4 cup coffee, 1/3 cup molasses, ½ tsp vinegar, 1 lemon, 1/8 cup chili powder, 2 tbsp mustard, 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
After sauce is cooked, blend until smooth and bottle it up for later!
