- 2 cups frozen cauliflower florets
- 1.5 cups ground turkey
- smoked paprika to taste
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 cup lettuce chopped
- fresh cilantro to taste
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese
Thaw your cauliflower in the microwave according to package directions or in the air fryer for 15 minutes on 400º.
If you thawed in the microwave, put half of the bag in the fridge to eat at another time.
Pour half the bag of cauliflower into a bowl, then sprinkle paprika onto the cauliflower.
Reheat 1.5 cups of the prepped and frozen taco meat and add to your bowl.
Top with your favorite additions–lettuce, cilantro, tomatoes–whatever you love!
