Cauliflower Taco Bowl Recipe

  • 2 cups frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1.5 cups ground turkey
  • smoked paprika to taste

Optional Toppings:

  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 cup lettuce chopped
  • cilantro fresh, to taste
  • 1/3 cup cheese shredded


  • Thaw your cauliflower in the microwave according to package directions or in the air fryer for 15 minutes on 400º.
  • If you thawed in the microwave, put half of the bag in the fridge to eat at another time. 
  • Pour half the bag of cauliflower into a bowl, then sprinkle paprika onto the cauliflower. 
  • Reheat 1.5 cups of the prepped and frozen taco meat and add to your bowl. 
  • Top with your favorite additions–lettuce, cilantro, tomatoes–whatever you love!
