Heat your oven to 325 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add oats and cinnamon to a large bowl and stir gently.
Add syrup and stir until the oats are covered evenly.
Spread the oat mixture on the baking sheet.
Bake 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minute.
Remove the oats and add the raisins to the pan.
Cool for 15-20 minutes before adding to cannig jars.
