Our Pumpkin Milkshake is going to be your new way to enjoy all the fall flavors. With an option for adding or omitting bourbon in the recipe, our pumpkin milkshake is happiness in a mug, and reminiscent of the traditional slice of pumpkin pie.
1tbspHoney or frosting for the rim, I used honey and sprinkles
3cupsvanilla ice cream
½cupmilk
¼cupcreamI used half and half
1tablespoonpure vanilla extract
½cuppumpkin puréeI used Libby's
2teaspoonspumpkin pie spice
½teaspooncinnamon
¼cupgraham cracker crumbs
3oz.Bourbon
Optional: Cinnamon and/or whipped cream
Instructions
Directions:
Apply honey or frosting to the rim of each glass. Dip the rims into a bowl of sprinkles and twist back and forth to ensure even coverage. Set aside. 1 tbsp Honey
Add all of the milkshake ingredients into a blender and mix until well blended. 3 cups vanilla ice cream, ½ cup milk, ¼ cup cream, 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract, ½ cup pumpkin purée, 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ cup graham cracker , 3 oz. Bourbon
Carefully pour the milkshake into each glass. Serve immediately and enjoy our pumpkin shake.
Optional: Sprinkle cinnamon and/or whipped cream on top.

Makes two large shakes that tastes and smells just like pumpkin pie…with a little kick! Enjoy safely!
