In a large mixing bowl combine ground turkey, chopped red onions, feta cheese, and ranch seasoning.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and form into burger patties.
Place the burgers into the air fryer basket.
Cook at 360 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Turkey burgers are done when they are golden brown on the outside and the internal temperature reaches 165º.
You can swap the ground turkey for ground chicken or ground beef, but be aware that the cooking times could change.
You can switch out feta for any cheese you prefer. Sometimes I use blue cheese, or even Gruyere.
Add salt and pepper to taste. I don't often salt my recipes when cooking so that my readers can add their own based on personal preferences.
If you'd like to freeze these, I recommend making the uncooked turkey patties, flattening them, then freezing individually. Thaw before cooking for the best results.
Top these delicious air fryer turkey burgers with traditional ketchup and mustard or get creative with homemade ranch or tzatziki, sautéed mushrooms and onions, or fresh vegetables like lettuce and tomato slices.
