Directions:

• Place one square of candi-quik into a ziplock bag and seal shut. Place bag into a hot cup of water and let set.
• Open large Oreos and place them on a flat surface. The easiest way to open the Oreo is to twist the two cookies apart. Leave the frosting in the center of the large Oreo.
• Twist apart the small Oreos and use a knife to scrape away the frosting.
• Knead your bag of candi-quick to be sure it's melted. Use scissors to cut a small corner of the bag in order to make a piping bag.
• Pipe white chocolate onto the frosting of the large Oreo and place a lollipop stick on the Oreo.
• Place the top of the Oreo on the stick and press gently down. The stick should push into the icing and the cookie should go back to "normal."
• Repeat until all Oreos have a stick. Be careful when you push that you don't break the Oreo in half. If you do, it's okay, you can use the other side as the "front" of the Oreo.
• Add 2 ears to each Oreo using candi-quik to attach. Set aside and place all Oreos in the refrigerator to set up.
• Meanwhile, cut an apple into 8 slices.
• Cut a small slit in the center of the peel with a knife to create the "seat" of the race car. Place 2 toothpicks in each apple to create a wheel axle. Attach grape wheels to each toothpick point.
• Use a toothpick to create a starter hole in the top of the apple "seat" area. Gently press the Oreo lollipop stick into the car.
