Healthy Green Smoothie

This easy green smoothie recipe is packed full of nutrients and flavor! And you can add in flax seeds, chia seeds, or protein powder or greek yogurt for a protein smoothie.

This is a super easy and healthy tropical smoothie recipe that uses clean, plant-based ingredients. I usually have most of the fruit already in the freezer!

Ingredients:

Banana

Mango

Pineapple

Coconut water

Spinach or Kale
