No churn ice cream is very popular right now, since it requires no special ice cream maker! This delicious (seriously delicious) Oreo Fudge Swirl no churn ice cream recipe is easy to make and tastes amazing. I’d make a double batch if I were you.
Ingredients
1 Pint heavy cream
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1T vanilla
1C chopped Oreos (about 10 cookies)
¼C chocolate syrup
Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix heavy cream with whisk attachment on high speed for several minutes, until stiff peaks form.
2. While whipping cream, stir together sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and Oreos in a separate large bowl.
3. Once cream is ready, fold it into sweetened condensed milk mixture.
4. Pour half of the ice cream into a regular-sized bread loaf pan; drizzle with half of the chocolate syrup then carefully use a knife to cut through the fudge for a light swirl effect. Repeat with remaining ice cream mixture and chocolate syrup.
5. Wrap well with plastic wrap or tin foil and freeze for 6 hours or overnight
