  1. Thanks for the list! How many of these challenges have you done? Right now my main challenge is to maintain my status as a former fat man. I was especially helped though by squats, deadlifts, pushups and avoiding processed foods. Like your blog! I have to go through the challenges to see which one might be the best fit. Rich
